Bindle is run by one developer, which means email reaches the person who wrote the code rather than a ticketing queue. Write to support@bindle.link for anything below. Replies usually go out within one business day; billing and account-access questions are answered first.

Something not saving, archiving, importing or searching the way you expected? Include the URL involved and, if you can, the approximate time — that is usually enough to find it in the logs. If you are writing about an account, send from the email address on the account.

Billing and refunds

The plan is $20 a year, billed through Stripe. If you subscribed and Bindle turned out not to be for you, ask within thirty days and the year is refunded in full, no questions. Receipts and cancellation are available in Settings.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please email the address above with “security” in the subject line rather than posting it publicly. You will get a reply acknowledging the report, and credit when it is fixed if you would like it.
